At Adishra Greens, we grow fresh, live, and organic microgreens exclusively based on advance planning and subscription commitments. To maintain quality, freshness, and sustainable operations, the following cancellation policy applies.
1. Minimum Cancellation Period
- All subscriptions are subject to a minimum cancellation notice period of 1 month.
- Customers must inform Adishra Greens within the first week of every month for cancellation of subscriptions.
2. Refund Eligibility
- Any amount paid in advance beyond the one-month notice period will be refunded in full.
- The one-month amount corresponding to the notice period is non-refundable, as production, seed sourcing, and growing cycles are already initiated.
3. Refund Processing
- Eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days from the effective cancellation date.
- Refunds will be made via the original mode of payment (UPI, bank transfer, etc.).
- No cash refunds will be provided.
4. Mid-Cycle Cancellations
- If a customer cancels without serving the minimum one-month notice period, no refund will be issued for the remaining days of that month.
- Services and deliveries will continue until the completion of the notice period.
5. One-Time Orders
- Cancellation is not permitted once harvesting, packaging, or delivery preparation has begun.
- For live microgreens trays, cancellations are not allowed after dispatch.
6. Exceptional Circumstances
- In rare cases such as relocation outside the service area or unforeseen medical emergencies, Adishra Greens may consider partial refunds at its sole discretion, subject to verification.

8. Policy Updates
- Adishra Greens reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time.
- The latest policy published on official platforms will be considered final and binding
