All orders placed on our website or through our subscription plans are subject to product availability and order confirmation.

Orders are processed only after they are accepted by Adishra Greens.

In the event that a product is unavailable, we may contact you to offer an alternative, reschedule the delivery, or process a refund (where applicable).

Our products are available either through active subscription plans or individual orders for products that are currently available.

Delivery timelines apply only after the order has been confirmed and accepted.

Accepted orders are typically delivered within 1 business day from the date of order confirmation.

Delivery timelines may vary due to weather conditions, public holidays, unforeseen operational issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Customers will be notified if there is any significant delay.

We currently offer free shipping for deliveries within a 20 km radius of the Adishra Greens office in Hyderabad.

For delivery locations beyond the 20 km service radius, additional shipping charges will apply.

The applicable delivery fee will be communicated during checkout or before order confirmation.

At present, Adishra Greens primarily serves customers in and around Hyderabad.

If your location falls outside our regular delivery area, we will inform you whether delivery is possible and any additional charges that may apply.

If a delivery cannot be completed because the customer is unavailable, an incorrect address or contact information has been provided, or delivery instructions are insufficient, Adishra Greens may attempt to reschedule the delivery.

Additional delivery charges may apply for repeat delivery attempts.

Orders may be modified before they are accepted, subject to operational feasibility.

Once an order has been accepted, it is generally not eligible for return.
